Information you provide
GymFixFinder collects information that visitors voluntarily submit through website forms. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Company names and business websites.
- Published service-information URLs.

- Equipment types and brands serviced.

- Published diagnostic or service-call fees.
- Contact names, email addresses and phone numbers when provided.

02 — Forms and storage
How submitted information is handled
Website forms send submitted information as JSON to the GymFixFinder forms processing service hosted through Cloudflare Workers.
Form submissions are processed and stored through the forms Worker and Cloudflare storage infrastructure for review.
Supported forms include:
- Company suggestions.
- Listing claims and correction requests.
- General contact inquiries.
Submissions are reviewed before anything is published. Submitting a form does not automatically create or change a directory listing.
We do not publish submitted email addresses, telephone numbers or private correspondence as part of a directory listing.
03 — How information is used
Purposes of collection
Submitted information may be used to:
- Review suggested fitness equipment repair companies.
- Verify published equipment and brand coverage.
- Check company service areas and customer types.
- Evaluate corrections to existing directory information.
- Respond to inquiries and listing requests.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the directory.
Information is not used to create unsupported claims about a company's services or capabilities.
04 — Cookies and local storage
Browser technologies
GymFixFinder is built as a static website using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
The website's directory filters and other interactive features operate in the browser. No account registration is required to browse the directory.
The website does not intentionally use advertising tracking scripts or third-party analytics scripts at launch.
Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may process technical information as necessary to deliver and protect the website and its forms. Their handling of such information is governed by their respective policies.
05 — Advertising
Display advertising
GymFixFinder is designed to support display advertising. Advertising spaces may be reserved within the website's layout.
No advertising code is included in the initial website launch.
If third-party advertising services are introduced, those services may use cookies or similar technologies subject to their own privacy policies and applicable requirements. This policy will be updated as necessary.
GymFixFinder does not use affiliate links or product recommendations.
06 — Third-party services
External websites and infrastructure
GymFixFinder uses Cloudflare infrastructure to host the static website and process form submissions.
Directory listings may link to external company websites. When you visit an external website, its own privacy policy and terms apply.
GymFixFinder does not control the privacy practices, content or data-handling policies of external websites.
07 — Information sharing
When information may be shared
Information submitted through the website may be processed by Cloudflare and service providers involved in operating the website and its forms.
Submitted information is not automatically made public. Business information may be published in a directory listing only after review and verification.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect the website, its users or its legitimate operations.

Protecting submitted information
Reasonable measures are used to operate the website and its submission infrastructure. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Visitors should avoid submitting sensitive personal information through directory forms.

Retention of submitted information
Submitted information may be retained as necessary to review suggestions, maintain directory records, process corrections, respond to inquiries and protect the website's operations.
This policy does not establish a fixed retention period for form submissions.
